New Reformer Unplugged Series with Laurie Starts This Sunday, 7/7 at 11 AM!

Join Laurie for a transformative 4-week series, each week focusing on a fundamental Pilates exercise. Each 60-minute session focuses on a core Pilates exercise, blending mat, reformer, and other variations to stretch, strengthen, and enhance your skills.

Single class drop-ins welcome with your regular class package.

Reformer Unplugged Weekly Focus:

  • 7/7 Week One: Teaser (core)

  • 7/14 Week Two: Swan (back extension)

  • 7/21 Week Three: Mermaid (lateral bending)

  • 7/28 Week Four: Roll Over (inversions)
