Start with a personal 30-Minute Introductory Session to find what’s been missing from your fitness and wellness routine. Each session is $30, lasts 30-40 minutes, and is one-on-one with an experienced instructor.
During your personal 30-minute intro session, Students will receive the following:
Individualized attention. You’ll be 1-on-1 with one of our expert instructors.
An overview of the Pilates apparatus you’ll use in our studio.
An Introduction to basic movements and verbiage you’ll experience in future classes or sessions.
An assessment of your current alignment and movement.
