Barrels 1.5 | 3 Week Series with Chelsey: Deepen Your Core & Refine Your Technique

Starting Thursday, April 9, this 3-week semi-private series is limited to just 3 participants, offering focused instruction and personalized attention.

What you'll experience:

  • Strengthen and Refine: Use the spine corrector, a specialized tool that promotes proper alignment and posture, to build a strong and stable core.

  • Unlock Your Flow: Master fundamental Pilates movements with expert guidance, focusing on technique and muscle engagement.

This Series is a Level 1.5 in the PCS Level System. Participants should grasp common Pilates language, concepts, and system exercises before attending a 1.5.
