Join Laurie for a transformative 4-week series, each week focusing on a fundamental Pilates exercise. Each 60-minute session focuses on a core Pilates exercise, blending mat, reformer, and other variations to stretch, strengthen, and enhance your skills.
Single class drop-ins welcome with your regular class package.

7/7 Week One: Teaser (core)
7/14 Week Two: Swan (back extension)
7/21 Week Three: Mermaid (lateral bending)
7/28 Week Four: Roll Over (inversions)
