New Additions with Sarah!

We have some fantastic updates for July including new additions to our schedule and a warm welcome to our newest instructor, Sarah Gupta! Sarah brings a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to our studio.

Check out these new additions to our schedule with Sarah this July:

  • Early mornings are back! Join Sarah at 6 AM and 7 AM on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Start your day with an energizing Pilates session. 

  • Introducing Stretch Studio: Pilates Mobility & Stretch Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3:30 PM with Sarah. Unlock your body's potential with our new Stretch Studio class. Perfect for improving flexibility, enhancing performance, and achieving a mind-body connection.

Get to know Sarah a little more!

Sarah has been practicing Pilates for over 8 years and teaching for more than 6 years. She is classically and comprehensively certified by second-generation master instructors. After a year of practicing Pilates, Sarah sought a deeper understanding of her practice and began her certification journey. This profound experience led her to leave her corporate job and embrace her passion as a full-time Pilates instructor.

For Sarah, Pilates is more than just an exercise method; it’s a lifestyle that has transformed both her body and mind. She loves connecting with people through Pilates and is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their fitness goals. Her classes offer the perfect blend of classical and contemporary Pilates, always adhering to the core principles. You can expect to feel both strong and stretched after each session with Sarah.

Outside of teaching, Sarah is an eternal horse enthusiast, animal lover, and nature admirer. When she’s not in the studio, she enjoys spending time with her dog and horse, riding horses, and exploring the great outdoors.
