Fun!-damentals I: Focuses on alignment, flexibility, ankle stability, and body awareness. Offered at 9:00 AM on Nov. 24 and Dec. 8.
Fun!-damentals II: Builds on the basics, adding hip mobility, deep core engagement, and balance. Offered at 9:00 AM on Dec. 1 and Dec. 15.
